No way to pass,
Death being the only exit.

Going straight,
Doing right,
Another dead end.

Face blank,
A dead stare.

A droning lifeless sound.

It's as if the world has gone silent,
Hearing no more explosions,
Not even a single gunshot.

The world suddenly slows down,
Right in front f my eyes,
As if anyone could pause this terror.

I feel as if I'm flying,
The smoke beginning to surround us,
Doing me the favor of choking my life aay,

I no longer have fear,
No worse to come,
Death arriving with its army of soldiers.

I regain conscience to the world,
